Drunken_Squirrel Posted October 4, 2006 Share Posted October 4, 2006 Do I need to be connected to the internet for this to work with my 360? I've got my laptop and console connected via the ethernet cable, but it won't install WMC on my laptop because it cannot "verify" my console. I dont have a broadband connection until next week and i wanted to play some video files through the tele this way to save burning them to disc, as there are alot. Another reason I'm asking is because my PC will be miles away from my console when I actually do get broadband so I was hoping to use the wirelss function on my laptop to connect. But because this isn't working, I'm wondering if i need somemore hardware before I'm fully set up. Any help would be appreciated. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
