panorama city car tech demo?

ive heard from many sources that there was a techo demo to go along with the bird one, of a car driving though a japanese city and you could change the camera... and apprently it knocked the socks off the bird one.

but ive yet to see a video or screen of it, anyone know if theres any knocking about?
