The-Ironflame Posted December 19, 2005 Share Posted December 19, 2005 I got my LCD monitor swapped with a new one from LG today as the one I got last year had some kind of fault and I have a 3 year on site warranty Anyway I set up the new monitor and I turned it on and found one dead pixel which isn't that bad but next to it I found something looking like a small biro pen mark. Now I don't understand how this passed their QA to be give to me I've contacted LG a few times firstly about my dead pixel in which they say the warranty allows returns for up to 3 pixels or more. What I wonder is if will they replace let me change monitor again Don't let this put you off LCD monitors though they are great, good on the eyes, light and they use less energy.
