Looking for a new camera... again

I bought a Samsung NV20 a while back, but got rid of it because I thought it was crap. However, this now leaves me cameraless, so I'm in need of a new one. I'm saving up for one as we speak, but I don't want to spend too much.

 

My budget is about £150 (£200 if I really have to), I'm looking for a compact style camera (in other words, no SLR) and I'd like something with a fast shutter speed. I like to take pics at gigs sometimes, so I need something fast.

So, anyone got any recommendations? Thanks in advance if anyone can help...
