arghh dialer HELP

Hi I have seen another post that is imalar and I have followed it but not all the things are the same.

 

It keeps apperaing on the desktop and start menu. Also on my connections tab. It disconects me and I think trys to dial in the backkground.

Just happend again got dissconected and looked under conections this was there "Connessione Predefinita".
