"Pic of the day. This dog is huge… Wait, no, the playable characters are small. The Smash Bros. series doesn't always stay true to scale."

Was a very comfortable game for Barcelona. They dictated the entire pace of the game and never went beyond second gear.
It could've been 4 or even 5-0.
You tell em, Cesc!

It's so good to have you back, mate.

"Pic of the day. Hey look, a bottle!! This is a special item that can even heal fighters who have accumulated over 100% damage."

Edit: Beaten to the punch!

I say we freshen up this thread a bit. Let's try this.
First Manga you ever read?
First anime you ever watched in its original form (sub included)?
For me the answer to both those questions is Eyeshield 21.
It's another coming-of-age story that follows first year high school student Kobayakawa Sena. He's the cliched weak, small, bullied kid that joined (actually he was forced by the team captain who's also a bully ) the high school American Football team. His abilities come to the fore as he steps onto the field as Eyeshield 21, Demon Devil Bats (the name of his high school football club) Running Back. His remarkable speed, small stature and agility helps him dart past the opposition to lead his team's attack.
But by no means does this make things easy. No, not even close. Despite following a "basic" structure the story was excellently executed but perhaps it helps that I was a complete American football noob and learnt the rules and techniques as the story went on.
There are so many different characters in the story let alone the team and they've been well developed too. The series is quite funny and I really enjoyed the interactions between them.
What really drew me into the series at first was the art; it fits the genre and story like a glove. It's so consistently good that I ended up dropping the anime (which I enjoyed don't get me wrong) and focused on the manga instead. It's almost like you can piece the plays together and watch it flow in your head and I find that it really helps especially when the matches are packed full of strategy and action. Such a visual treat.
The funniest thing about this is that I've never finished it Read up to volume ~13-16 (honestly can't remember) and stopped because... I have absolutely no idea whatsoever
Buuuut since it's been so long since I last read it (6 or 7 years now?) I'll start from the beginning

Nope, I wanted to buy/play it after I replayed the earlier games (finished Ace Attorney) but now it's on sale so I'll at least download it.
-
People should jump on the Dual Destinies while it's on sale.
I will not hesitate.

"Pic of the day. Little Mac can deliver some solid punches while fighting on the ground."
-
Echo the sentiments on Webb. So inconsistent towards both sides it was laughable.

It was a good game. Proper FA Cup tie. Wenger had his eye on the Bayern match no doubt but he still put out a strong team, but more importantly Arsenal actually played today, they worked together as a unit and were able to get the all important win at the end.
Liverpool made a game of it but they did waste some of the chances. Sturrudge had some good chances.

Yeah I did the same. Was only missing Bugs vs Tanks & Starship Damrey but got them both now.
My download code for Deluxe has arrived too.

Don't mention it, apart from Little Mac (I'm just a Smash addict) this was best bit of news in the whole ND.
I put about 4/5 hours into EOI but I decided to stop and wait for the 3DS remake. Thankfully it's not that far away!

"Thank you for watching"
Watching what? A blank screen? That EU stream was horrendous. Anyway thanks for the YT link, Grazza!

"Pic of the day. From Punch-out!!, our boxing challenger Little Mac joins the battle!! To get a glimpse of his fearsome punches, check out the newest video or visit the official web site."
"His biggest feature is his Power Meter. When this gets charged up, his standard special move changes! It turns into a one-hit-K.O. uppercut."

Reading that Steel Diver is going to be available after the direct?

What a beauty!

OOOOH SSSS

I'm starting to feel the hype as I scroll through this thread.

Giroud had a shocker, Ozil had the game of his Arsenal career but there was literally no one running off him.
The team never got going (once again) but for the chances we did make Giroud was SOOO wasteful. He's great for link-up play/hold-up play and the team is more balanced with him upfront but he wastes a lot of chances before he scores and last night he was even worse.
Earlier on in the season Ozil was doing much better as the team were making a lot of movement. Ramsey & Walcott were making runs non-stop, and if Ozil didn't pass to them their runs created spaces for others (Cazorla wasn't even in the team then because he was injured!).
Also I've noticed that our overall build-up play has slowed down in these past couple of months. We have possession but that means nothing if you don't make the most of it.
Another disappointing result. It's such a shame.

Awesome isn't enough to define this breathtakingly neat video game collection.
