I never thought of using the controller in that way for racing games, if they do that then there shouldn't be anything to worry about there.

I hear this word so often it makes me sick. What is this world coming to the a basic discription of something like a "black board" or "white board" is incorrect. it is simple ones colour is black the others colour is white. but now they have to be called chalk boards and dry wipe boards.old fire signs used to have a diagram of a white figure running through a green door. now it is a green figure running through a white door.
What is going to be next. every pack of cards must be burnt because there are black suits? they will be replaced with cards that have green clubs and spades?
the newest thing is that christmas lights must now be called winter lights so we dont offend anyone of another religion.
i think PC causes more problems then resolutions.
i want to know what you guys think.
has it gone too far, what rediculous changes do you know of?

It's ridiculous how they are supposed to be called winter lights so other religions aren't offended, no one seems to care about offending Christians do they? To be honest it's racist against Christianity. Christmas is a Christian festival but everyone celebrates it anyway - but that's no excuse for making it less Christian.
Christmas is Christmas and the people in charge of saying what is politically correct need to get a slap in the face to bring them to their senses.

I wouldn't like to see any clones this time round. In Melee, Cpt. Falcon and Ganondorf were practically the same character.
If we had characters like Bowser Jr or Diddy Kong, I'd like them to have different attacks. Ridley would be very cool to have

None of these posts should be deleted. This topic is great reading. Lots of debating going on and no one flaming anyone (so far). I like all this speculation. It's disappointing for me to see so many people turning against Nintendo purely because of an anonymous source but they can't have been too happy with Ninty anyway.
At the end of the day it's all about the games anyway

It's incredible how many people are suddenly saying how rubbish Nintendo are. If you don't like what's happening then don't buy a Revo, simple as. If you have enough trust in Nintendo that they have made a good console that will have good games then buy a Revo.
No need for anyone to be bitching about stuff really.

Nintendo are done for. I've really lost hope for them. They are snobby in that they don't share information, and they're trying to establish their own "laws" in the gaming business.I don't think they're done for. Anyone who wants to play games in a different, more entertaining way will go with Revo.
And still nothing's been confirmed. I'm not saying IGN are wrong, they may very well be correct. But nothing has been officially confirmed.
Also, 'lack of titles'? Not only will they have a bloody huge amount of games from the past up for downloading but they also have good third party support.

Like many people, I'm not fussed about the graphics but there's still no telling what the games will look like.

That's enough reassurance for me. Multi-platform games still going to Nintendo, as well as their own original games. I'm sure I read somewhere that some developer (or someone reliable) said that we probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference between Xbox 360 and Revo graphics anyway.
Nintendo are going a seperate way with the Revo, gameplay over graphics. That's what they've been doing all along and the Revo control scheme itself shows that we'll have something original and new (and most likely very fun) to play with.

Last Christmas I was walking down the Highstreet and I was stopped by a woman and I feared the worst, but I saw no clipboard... What she actually had was bags of money! She was promoting for Abbey National.
It was chocolate money by the way :P I walked down the Highstreet every day for a week and got a free bag of chocolate coins every time
