  1. Introductions!

Haha YAY! It's Josh! No problem Thanks for the welcome! Thank you @Iun It's a great game @Ville! Fusion is a great title! Is this the first time you're playing it? Also, are you playing on a GBA or a 3DS? The US copies have a tin edition, something i'm very disappointed other regions didn't get. The price of that game over in the states is around $100 or more! If you're in the US and you see this game I really do urge you to pick it up and keep it for several years, the value will rise sharply i'm sure, since it was only a limited run. Thanks for the welcome @MoogleViper! As I said above, the game is worth around $100 in the US but it is rising all the time. 2K is obviously not a realistic price and people should not be paying that for it.
  2. Introductions!

Yeah! Last year CeX were selling the game for £18, today they are selling it for £38! That is still reasonably cheap compared to other shops. However, I did manage to pick up an additional copy for £17.99 in GAME a few months ago, so do check around. anything less than £30 at this point is great, but try and get the sleave too. The game comes with an art book which also details the whole trilogy.
  3. Introductions!

In all fairness, this game is getting rarer by the day and more expensive, if you're not going to use it for the game, at least get it for investment purposes.
  4. VOTE: N-Europe's Top 25 Wii Games! (THANKYOU!)

    1. Mario Galaxy 2. Metroid Prime Trilogy 3. The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword 4. Super Smash Bros Brawl 5. Mario Kart Wii 6. Disaster Day of Crisis 7. Animal Crossing: Let's go to the City 8. Monster Hunter Tri 9. Metroid: Other M 10. Twilight Princess Let it be known this was incredibly difficult to order and I have chosen them based upon personal experiences I will remember the Wii for, rather than how popular the games are by other peoples standards. Notable mentions have to go to Mario Galaxy, one of the greatest games i've ever played and musically, one of the greatest soundtracks i've ever experienced. Metroid Prime Trilogy improves on the first two Prime games with Wii controls and at the time, was a bargain for three games. wonderful! Disaster Day of Crisis is a terribly overlooked game, I urge everyone to get out there and buy this game, it had me on the edge of my seat and had some great use of the Wii remote, please...do yourselves a favour, get this game before it's too late. You will not be disappointed!
  5. Introductions!

Oh cool! I hope you enjoy it dude. You should have got the Trilogy instead! I used to speak to Joe years ago but he'll not remember me. I used to be a HUGE Pokémon fan.
  6. Introductions!

Thanks for that! Who is this ReZ fellow then? :P
  7. Heroes of Ruin 3DS ( S-E+N-Space )

I really love this game but I must admit, I haven't played it too much. I want an opportunity to play it again, perhaps we can get a few people together for a few games sometime?
  8. Introductions!

Yeah, why can't I find slippers that don't make my feet smell? Seriously...i've had to throw them out tonight because they smell so bad ...anyway, hello @uəʌəsʎɐɾ
  9. EU Nintendo Direct 13th September 3pm

I'm not working that day, but I do have an appointment in town just after lunch, I am hoping that I can get that over with, grab some snacks and rush back home to watch it. I guess the things I want to see the most are a price, release date, bundles and maybe some new game announcements, as well as more information on already announced ones.
  10. Introductions!

LOL! A big hello to you too @bob XD On a side note, where is @david\.dakota these days? He was sat next to me during Zelda Symphony last October in London, what an amazing experience! ...the symphony, not David Dakota
  11. Introductions!

LOL! Oh dear. At least I knew you when you had hair, that's all that matters. You'll always have the biggest nose though, I won't even try to compete with that! Hey S.C.G Yeah your avatar was a giveaway! :P I am pleased you like Shinesparkers, thanks for the warm welcome! See you next mission!
  12. Introductions!

Metroid is certainly a challenging series of games, but don't give up so easily! Playing and beating a Metroid game by sticking at it will be very rewarding! I'd recommend Metroid Prime and Super Metroid. Thanks for the welcome! I don't plan on going anywhere, i'll do my best to stick around and if I don't...well...i'm sure there's plenty of people on here that know me that will drag me back Thanks very much Ramar! Great to meet you!
  13. Introductions!

Haha that's good to hear @Grazza, thanks very much for the welcome! Thanks a lot @Retro_Link!
  14. Harmony of a Hunter

I felt this would be a suitable place to post this in To mark Metroid's 25th anniversary, our website put together an album called Harmony of a Hunter. The album featured 36 tracks of music covered by 24 musicians featuring various genres of music from all Metroid games. There were memorable themes as well as a few obscure ones. Harmony of a Hunter features talent such as zircon, Darkesword and Metroid Metal. Check out the final preview that we put together, which I feel shows off the best of what the album has to offer: Because the first Harmony of a Hunter was well received, enough to encourage us to put together an expansion, Harmony of a Hunter: 101% Run. This will launch in November and feature tracks that didn't make it to the previous album. The album will be longer and have returning musicians as well as some new ones. Talent includes Martin Leung (Video Game Pianist), Laura "Flute Link" Intravia and Chris Apple, all of which have performed on stage at Video Games Live and are incredibly talented individuals. For previews of 101% Run and Harmony of a Hunter and to download the first album, be sure to check out our website and Facebook pages: http://www.shinesparkers.net/harmonyofahunter http://www.facebook.com/harmonyofahunter I'm looking forward to hearing what you guys think!
  15. Harmony of a Hunter

It's an expansion and adds to the original album. Both albums are free to download so there is no need to miss out on the first. Thanks Kav, i'll check that out soon
  16. Hey guys! I shall be covering the Replay Expo this year and representing N-Europe and Shinesparkers at the event. I hope to secure a bit of time with Nintendo regarding their upcoming games and products this year and hope to secure a short interview with them. I am looking to members of the forums to suggest some suitable questions to ask. I am going to try and be respectful in the questions that I ask, so no suggestions that I ask for spoilers to Skyward Sword please! I am however happy to push my boundaries on certain things, without trying to make it a difficult interview for them. It's not confirmed yet how much time I will have (If any) but hopefully by flashing my shiny press badge at them, they'll take some notice. I'll be reading over your suggestions today for the next few hours. I look forward to hearing what you have to say!
  17. Replay Expo interview with Nintendo

Thanks for the help =P Thankfully I had enough questions in the end, it's probably just as well isn't it?
  18. Nintendo Collectables!

Meh was still a bit rude, but whatever. Let us move on eh? Update: Phazon Suit statues are in the UK! Fingers crossed..
  19. Nintendo Collectables!

Shows off more than what any images are showing. Anyway, i'm not forcing you to watch it
  20. Nintendo Collectables!

Coming from an administrator, i'm rather disappointed by that post. I thought it'd be nice to show the Phazon Suit, I thought it was a pretty good unboxing video, especially for people who are planning to buy this and want to see what it looks like in the uhh...flesh to to speak.
  21. Nintendo Collectables!

Phazon Suit Samus statues are getting out there:
  22. Nintendo Collectables!

Has anyone here received the Phazon Suit Samus? I've lost all hope on ever getting one
  23. Nintendo Collectables!

Ah, possibly the one I saw then. Was it in the glass unit near the manga section? I have heard a few things about Forbidden Planet recently, regarding customer bank details and money going missing from their accounts. Not sure what the situation with it is now, but i'd be very cautious if buying online. Great buy though, £14.99 is a nice price, and I may have got it myself if I had saw it at that price a few months ago. I am really looking forward to the Phazon Suit Samus release, I cannot wait to try and get my hands on one Problem is I have no room for it, so I don't know what to do with my original Varia Suit Samus statue. I'm sure i'll find somewhere though : peace:
