    about the tft... 8ms is too low for image quality, i'd go for 12ms if I were you...

     

    12ms is equal to 85 Hz refresh rate, under that you'll be sacrificing the colors further and image quality, it'll be quite ugly for movies and pretty much sacrifice the color quality in all the product, while playing you'll hardly notice though, I dont know if this is still true for this new generation LCD's but it was... two months ago.

     

    the thing is if I want to get the process faster of changing a color I might make it change faster if the color isn't that acurate and then take like a few frames from the refresh rate to get the real color right/stabilize it... I dont really like that cheating method, I find it horrible for movies; note that I dont know if these monitors are the case.

     

    about the DVI advantage... only if you have a ATi graphics card as it supports 162 MHz DVI (Standard) Nvidia cards still only support 144 MHz so the signal is not that pure, DVI may be better for future support and all though, but if you have a nvidia card and it costs much more, it's not worth it.

    hmm 8 ms, i been told the lower the responce time the better, is not true any more? man this gettting confusing (man i hate computers some times), any how i am going to do more research before i put down my hard earned student loan :( , will post results

    My Athlon 64 3800+, 2GB of ram and X800 XTPE just about run it on high setttings. I wasn't too impressed with the frame rates either.

     

    hmm, i rig is pretty mid ranged when compared to your rig

     

    i.e

     

    athlon xp 3200+ @ 2.21 ghz

    1.5gb PC3200 ram

    9800 Pro

     

    i got 40 - 55fps on "high" @ 1024 x 768 (depending on the location)

     

    , have u used that auto detect feature?

    the game is pretty weak, i mean its like they ported the xbox vr to tehe pc, meh my 4 yr old 9800 pro ate the demo, i guess sam is dead after all

     

    If my X800 XT PE gets fried by something that looks pretty lack-lustra I'l be shocked and appauled.

     

    So where the devil is the screenshots?

    i need a new monitor, and found this tft, i looked at the features and i believe it is good, i have read reviews on it and there all positive,

    this are the condition that it must meet

     

    i am only shelling out at least £200 (may be more)

     

    it must have 3 yrs warranty

     

    it must have support for 75htz and above

     

    also a low response time as possible

    p.s what’s the difference between analogue input and dvi input?

    I seem to have gotten it sorted, most essential shizzle installed. I think I've blocked something on Sygate which I shouldn't have, does anyone know how to unblock it?

     

    It's not on the main thing but on the security logs.

     

     

    yeah just use the application tab, find your app and uncheck the box,

     

    oh yeah Symantec (Norton) own sygate now, so i suggest u do yourself a favor and change FW ( to kaspersky) cause the next vr of sygate will be practically bloat were

    Cause isn’t rev goner have that gamecube controller extension?, and what about the gfx engine, i am pretty saw Sega can port it over to the Nintendo rev, because i doubt there making 2 specific vr of the game, there just properly going to create a xbox 360 vr and port to the rest of the consoles

    Well with the buzz of MGS4 going around thought i'd put the spotlight on this aswell. Just wondered if anyone will be getting this version and will also be going Online with it. I've been holding off getting MGS3 to get this, and will definitely be going Online with it, doing everything you can do in single player then using it against real people will be alot of fun. :happy:

     

     

    i thought about gettting this, but theres no improvment story wise with the SP mode, that will justify me buying it, since i already completed MGS3

    Trailer looks awesome, the movie goner be awesome, but i still cringe when the trio speak i do not know why i just do, can any one explain this? i mean when watched PoA, in the cinema, I literately walked out due to cringing so much at Radcliff, i hope it does not happen this time, but i think it will, is it me or would it be more appropriate and better in the long run to change the Harry potter actor, from Radcliff to the kid from, "my family"? oh yeah I do not know why but the guy who plays Krum reminds me of olando bloom, go figure!!
