Agreed. They mention mini-games so the game is built around this? It seems to me they say it's a racing game and put more emphasis on it... Sonic and the Secret Rings is also a minigame fest I guess. No More Heroes too.

Can't wait to get my hands on this game! I don't watch all the videos to avoid being spoiled too much. The only thing I don't like is the music. Seriously, hip-hop don't fit with a chainsaw (and is just an awful "music" genre). Chainsaw mass murdering is meant to be with some manly and hairy heavy metal (and the concept art gave me the same feeling)... Music on SD card support would be much appreciated.

Dead Rising: Chop Til You Drop (BEST NAME EVER?!)

WTF ?!?! -
Holy shit! A metroid universe game from space pirates point of view... one of my dream games can come true. Space pirates are one of my favourtie villains since Metroid Prime. Before, they were just evil insectoid monsters but, with the scans in Prime, they gained so much more personnality (especially the mad scientist aspect). Can't wait to learn more about this tease. And I'm waiting for darksnowman to show up and say Metroid games are shit.:p

This design is so generic it seems to come from a 10 years old average PC game.

Matter of taste. XIII seems awful to me. And why the grudge against the ennemies? They're classic FF ennemies.

Still have to buy the first one (yeah, I know. Amazing game, try it at a friend's house but I can't afford it for the moment because no job and not enough money to buy all I want)... I'll probably buy this one instead since it seems to be the same but better.

Looks fine to me. Gameplay seems quite original, graphics are good and, for me, it looks more like a FF than the next main titles (the universe and vibe, not the gameplay). Don't see what people have against it.

It doesn't give the feel of Metroid Prime games at all. Plus, in Metroid games, you start as a weak "soldier" and end as a juggernaut destroying everything which is not a boss in a second. In hunters, you start weak and finish weak ... with more useless weapons. The hunters idea is a good premise but was completely unexploited. They could have not been here and I wouldn't have notice. Prime 3 have done it well: powerful hunters with a actual role. The game was linear and poorly designed, had poor art (hunters design is the only good thing even if Weavel is no longer a space pirate). The power-ups were boring and make no sense storyline-wise (gaining them by defeating hunters would have been logic but no, the aliens have made the exact same weapons as the hunter's native weapons prior to their arrival without knowing it... yeah...). The bosses were not only annoying, uninteresting and fugly, you also have to fight them countless times. The last boss was a joke. Also, why the hell did they name it Metroid Prime? No phazon, no Metroid Prime or Dark Samus. There's not even basic metroid. Maybe it's just for the complete copy-pasta of the plot (and some others things to).

Stupid me. I just notice the bolded thing I didn't even read isn't a title for the ONM preview. My bad.

They're close but not the same video.

Another trailer (nothing really new apart from a spoil of what seems to be the obligatory super form to fight the final boss... but since 99% of people have already guessed what it is, it's not a big deal): http://www.gamekyo.com/videoen14023_second-trailer-for-sonic-and-the-black-knight.html

Rumor Control - IGN's Nintendo Voice Chat

It's because they want so much the Tales of series and their others series to be more popular in the west. -
Free-roaming Adventure Pokemon Snap game. I haven't even played the first one but I feel the potential.

Not really much to add. The 3 day system create a strong feeling of life, each character having their own agenda. Seeing how their reactions evolve while the moon is approaching strongly implicate you emotionally (the third day is just depressing). The end of the Kafei/Anju sidequest is one of the best example of the dual feelings the game can provoke: you helped people but your efforts are "useless" since the world is doomed. Masks are also a truly awesome game mechanic. Rolling like a mad through Termina plains as a goron or swimming like a dolphin as a zora are a lot more satisfying than riding Epona (the poor animal is completely neglected each time I play). This game also contains one of the best "WTF?!" moment in a videogame: the alien hunting in Ranch Romani... and the first appearance of Tingle... and the castor brothers... and character developpement for the happy mask salesman. I'm currently replaying the game and I still love every bit (maybe apart from the long waiting times while doing Kafei quests...) and still discover new little things by stepping in a place . I'd really love the next Zelda to have a similar artstyle (mixed with the WW one) and more emphasis on sidequests (the main quest can be shorter for all I care).

Those games are based on the manga and not the anime. Shabondy have still to be animated in Japan. And by watching the trailer again, I think I saw the Pirate Docking 6 Giant Robot Warrior Big Emperor... holy shit!!

First trailer for Episode 2: http://fr.youtube.com/watch?v=EjB_wrncy8s All of the characters from the 2 first games seems to be in.

They appeared in the episode with Leatherhead, the alligator guy. He has to be in this game by the way.

I was thinking of a style similar to the DS one (and Okami too since both are meant to look like traditionnal japanese drawings).

Konami: A cel-shading Ganbare Goemon game with a western release... I WANT TO BELIEVE!!

You stole my post before I wrote it. I also hope they use old characters from the cartoon/comics and don't create them. It's one of those games I can buy for the sake of nostalgia.
