I, for one, am very intrigued about this game. Although I think 'The Last of Us' is just a tagline, and not the actual title. Hopefully it's not just another generic take on zombies this time. There's been some interesting discoveries too: First of all, the "ants" trailer at the official website, here: http://www.lastofus.com/ is actually sourced from an episode of BBC's Planet Earth. The original clip is here: The idea of parasitic infections of that nature is quite scary, and could work well within a zombie game. Cheers, glad you liked the review! I didn't mention Sonic Colours because I haven't played it yet. I was going to mention that originally, but it had to be cut from the review to shorten the retrospective. I really need to get round to buying it tbh. Maybe I will sometime after Christmas.

Oh, and another thing I forgot to mention; it appears there's 12000 Collector's Editions in existence. I know this because the gold ring in my CE is numbered "2296/12000". ^^

Right, here's some quick impressions of the game so far: The intro and cutscenes are great so far, and some of the character reactions are hilarious! The voice acting is better too. As for the stages themselves, they're awesome to play, but can get very challenging. I've found no bugs or issues so far, which I'm happy with. That said, I fear that this game will be a bit short, I've already completed Stage 3 as classic and modern Sonic.

COLLECTORS EDITION GET! I just got back from a craft fair with my Mom (yawn) and my Dad happened to have the day off today, he said it turned up around 12. It's a lot heavier than I thought it'd be and the quality of the entire product is deffinitely top-notch, especailly the statue (which is also bigger than I thought.) I'm so glad it arrived today, so at least I can have a play before I go on holiday tomorrow. I'll post impressions later (if I get time...) See you all later!

Well, my order with ShopTo has been dispatched. Although I don't hold high hopes for it arriving early, as TNT screwed up the delivery when I ordered Duke Nukem Forever, meaning it arrived a day late. Plus I'm going on holiday on Friday, so I probably won't get a chance to play it until I get back.

Sonic Generations' launch date hasn't even arrived, and there's already rumours on the next Sonic game. This info comes from TSSZ News. They seem reliable enough, as they revealed Generations six months before it was announced. The idea of different Sonics with different personalities and powers sounds ideal for a Sonic game. It'll be intruging to see how this turns out, especially if Sega and Nintendo are teaming up to work on this.

IGN's Review is in... ... and they gave it 8.5/10!! Considering IGN's views on past Sonic games, this is a deffinite improvement. Sonic is back! Thier only complaints are that there's far to few boss fights, the fact that the Chaos Emeralds are unlocked in the story and not in bonus levels and that the controls can be slightly clunky. http://uk.xbox360.ign.com/articles/121/1211024p1.html

It's my Nan and Grandad's 50th wedding anniversary soon, and one of the presents they said they'd like would be a DVD recorder. What's the best value DVD recorder that I could buy? They wouldn't need freeview, as they have Sky, but a HDMI port would be a plus, as they have a HDTV. Thanks in advance if anyone can help.

Sorry for the double post, but... Sonic Generations - Bosses and Rivals trailer

This morning, when I tried to start my computer up, it instantly turned off again, and did this is in a continuous cycle. My cousin came over and looked at it. First he unplugged the secondary hard drive, then both, then just the primary. The only time it went past the infinite boot loop was when the primary hard drive was was unplugged. I'm guessing this means that primary hard drive is dead? I'd assume this as I've had it a while, and this issue has only just occurred. If this is definitely the case, then would there be any way to extract some of the data that's still on it? I still have important documents on there! Also, if I were to get a new hard drive and install Windows on it, would I loose any data in the secondary hard drive? Thanks if anyone can help...

Thanks for the help, I've managed to find a local data recovery service and I've handed the hard drive over to them. Hopefully my data will be rescued.

They have the highest Virgin Media package, so have similar features to Sky+. I'm honestly not sure why they do want one tbh.

The problem is, my family and I have no idea what to get them and they've asked for this, so it's the easiest option. I have no idea why they specifically asked for one either.
