I have noticed you never seem to do a few things that might be keeping you from being successful at the top level. You never mark or have a playmaker, I don't think you usually do offensive or defensive styles and you never seem to prepare for formations. I seem to think this is true because I always think I can have whichever playmaker and offensive style I like when playing you which isn't the case against any other side. When you whip me next time I won't be glad I told you all this :P Thing is your youth development and general side is great, get into those fine tactics and you will be flying.

Interview with Peeps! 1: You and Bubbles used to enjoy a great rivalry, now you are in different leagues who would you point to as your closest rival? 1. Ah Bubbles... where are you now I enjoyed playing Bubbles and being in the same league as him because we both started up together. Of course you always strive to be on top but the point of a rivalry is that you see yourselves as equals, at least in some respects. I don't think I have a rival at the moment because I don't really see myself as on a par with any other team. All of my rivals are in the lower league... which I guess puts me in a good light as I'm above them ;D 2: How long will it be before the Peeps enter the top league? 2. A few more seasons I hope. I'm third in the table at the moment but I can't see myself finishing in the top 3 at the end of the season. I'm already punching above my weight as it is so it's definitely too soon for me to think about promotion. My mind is fixed on avoiding relegation more than anything else. 3:Without giving to much away to rivals, what sort of a manager are you tactically? Do you enjoy playing defensive formations, are you possession hungry or do you seek to outplay rival teams? 3. I like to assess each team as they come. I'll have a look at their tactics, players and formations and try to guess how they'll play next and usually I'll set my tactics to counter them. I also look at my own team's development values to see who needs to play and I'll try and find a balance between skilled and developing players. Every time I set a formation it's a compromise because I just want to play everyone I think tactics are the area at which I'm strongest though. I have a good record for guessing how my opponent will play.

Really pleased with my continued form. Have a good chance for a shot at the top 3 spots although I have a very tough game next against Silverdale!

Great result some new players are really stepping up which is great. I have beaten 64s 5 times in a row now but our overall score is 64s 15 Haden 13 damn him :P I am sure he will extend that overall lead soon as he is a quality manager. You did play quite a young team away from home, you have some nice youths though so I don't blame you. An interview with Emo 1: Emo Blades seems to be a club that don't stay to long in any league, you are currently flying high in the middle league but as a manager what league do you feel most at home in? I don't feel comfortable anywhere. Each time I return to the middle league either those relegated from the top league or those who survived the mid-league drop for the previous season have all grown in strength far more greatly than I. The lower league should be a place to soak up the experience and return with a fortified squad, but I have this innate inability to develop my team properly ever, which leaves me struggling season-in, season-out. 2:You have dangerous players across the pitch, are there any unsung heroes that you would like to give some credit to? None of the swines in my squad have shown me much :P Donovan Packham, my seasoned goalkeeper, is responsible for keeping my defense together. Over 200 games played, with even a goal to his name, and never been seriously injured. When he goes, I slink back to the bottom league. 3: Who do you enjoy playing against and who do you fear playing? I have rivalries of varying seriousness - gaggle is my good luck goose, cube is my twin-town club (drubbing him in teh cup was good fun :P) and Flink took a draw off me due to my own inactivity, spurring his big mouth and my late-season retaliation. I always want to do well against the clubs that started up after me but so many of them are masterful tacticians and great at balancing their squads that they've spent more time in the top division than me by far. I guess one benefit of being absent from the top league is I don't face all you 15-skill-averaging bastards week-in, week-out! Guys keep voting for xpert in the playground thread I think we may actually win! If we do could Odwin rename the thread to (Xpert 11 Season 21: The best playground game in the world!)

True but I would endure loss after loss and their development would be screwed up by bad form as they got dragged down the leagues compared to starting with a new team in the lower league.

Yeh I think so would be cool to start a new team like Oddy did have had the same one for 4 years and 21 seasons! lol
