  1. Nintendo Conference Disscussion

I may have missed it; But is there any website or tv channel that broadcasts the conference?
  2. RGB Cable, which one?

I ordered a Brooklyn RGB cable yesterday because it was just 9 euros. And I read some reviews stating the cable delivers quite good quality. And yeah, my cube has a digital out too (I bought one on the very first day) and I know that PAL games do not support progressive scan but at least 60hz mode. By the way: I do not know where this comes from, but you definetly do not need a RGB cable to use 60hz mode.
  3. RGB Cable, which one?

Hi! I bought a new TV last week. My old one was quite small but the picture quality was really good. Now the new one is a lot bigger (32") and there is an enormous difference watching DVDs via component scart and RGB or even YUV. That's when I decided to get a RGB cable for the gamecube too because the quality is so much better. I usually buy original Nintendo peripherals but the Nintendo RGB cable has no option to connect the sound to my stereo. Does anyone of you own a RGB cable that you would recommend? Having the sound seperate is a must (or does the cube still output sound via the scart port even if a RGB cable is connected? I doubt it).
  4. Hi! I just read the news about Resident Evil 5 not being released for the revolution and although I am not really surprised this is still sad news. Again the developers mentioned that the new controlling scheme may not fit the game. Well, maybe I missed something, but wasn't there supposed to be a special shell to play games in a more classic way? I know that you cannot tell the people to use the gamecube controller as there will be some who do not even own a gamecube. So why do developers just do not program their games with the shell controller in mind? Could it be that Nintendo simply wants as many games as possible to use the new technique (which I guess does make some sense) or is the shell thing something that will be released a while after the launch?
