  1. 1. super mario world (SNES) - introduced yoshi. good power ups although not as good as some in SMB3. great improvements in baddies and bosses. gameplay was so smooth. number of levels was massive. 2. metroid (NES) 3. pokemon red/blue/green (GB) 4. donkey kong (NES/Arcade) 5. Mystical Ninja starring Goemon (N64)
