  1. I was pretty disappointed. I loved Rogue One. That third act was Star Wars perfection. And I liked the characters, especially the droid.
  2. Stranger Things

I didn't mind it either. Reminded me of Fringe and how they'd do one, even weirder than normal, episode each season (episode 19 I think.).
  3. Resident Evil VII

Best horror experience I've ever had.. in VR that is. Being in that house was terrifying.
  4. PlayStation 4 Console Discussion

There is enough room in the headset to wear glasses. Just be careful they don't slip onto the VR lenses.
  5. South Park: The Fractured But Whole

If you haven't been keeping up to date with the show the gay fish is:
  6. Star Wars Battlefront 2 (all eras)

Haha, yes I realise I have essentially joined the dark side. Anyway, the game is continuing to impress. The single player had a mission after I thought it'd finished, seemed like it ended with a possible hint towards a Last Jedi plot, but wasn't fleshed out enough to be a proper spoiler, perfect balance really. The Mos Eisley 40-player map is breathtaking. Some of the maps do seem a little forgettable but there are some amazing Star Wars set pieces to play in here. Hopefully, EA will sort everything out enough for players to return, it's actually really fun.
  7. Star Wars Battlefront 2 (all eras)

So I caved and bought it because it's Star Wars season and I needed something to stop me spending money on other things. Anyway, the game is actually pretty good. Not sure if it's the newly increased internet speed at my house but I'm performing much better than the previous instalment. The maps are good, heroes are great (Kylo Ren is a beast!), and the single-player story has been enjoyable - if it'd been fleshed out and made a bit longer it could've been quite epic, but as it stands I'd just say good and enjoyable. It's been really fun and enlightening finding out what happens after Return of the Jedi. Now they've removed micro-transactions, unlocking stuff is fine.
  8. I've also been thinking that if they've given him his own trilogy The Last Jedi must be amazing. I remember Abrams saying that after he'd read the script he wish he'd directed TLJ. Fingers crossed it's amazing!
  9. PlayStation 4 Console Discussion

It's definitely the best way to play. I mean, you're in the game. Can't get much better than that. But yes, it's truly frightening.
  10. PlayStation 4 Console Discussion

Dreams is still coming. They just posted about it on social media.
  11. Virtual Reality

(Double post I couldn't figure out how to delete!)
  12. Virtual Reality

Looks like the future is bright for PSVR. I've actually got quite the backlog to get through!
  13. Assassin's Creed: Origins

I do really want it but have several titles I want first. Namely South Park!
  14. South Park: The Fractured But Whole

Is this one censored like the first? Hope not!
  15. Super Mario Odyssey

I never played Galaxy 2 either. I got it for the WiiU a while back but didn't play for more than 20 minutes. I wasn't a fan of the Galaxy games really. I much prefered 64 and Sunshine, Galaxy felt too linear. I'd love a more open world Mario title, set exclusively in the Mushroom Kingdom, with plenty of linear, difficult platforming sections to be found. I always loved the cartoon as a kid and just wanted to explore the whole Kingdom.
  16. Solo: A Star Wars Story (May 2018)

Nothing to do with them, never heard of them. It was more due to the fact Han always had a lot of comedic one-liners, his relationship with Chewie was very upbeat, etc.
  17. Solo: A Star Wars Story (May 2018)

For some reason I expected this movie to be more of a comedic heist film. Space Western sounds a tad more serious, but who knows at this point. The title is succinct, and it'll be hard to forget. Did they confirm another "Story" after Episode IX? Was it Kenobi?
  18. One of my favourite things about the new trailer was how dark and powerful they'd arranged the music we first heard in TFA. One of my criticisms of TFA was that the music was too quiet (and on first watch a bit forgettable), but alas most movies have much quieter music compared with the 80s. To be honest most modern films have really forgettable soundtracks. I do miss films with really catchy and memorable themes.
  19. I normally hate trailers but thought this one was great. I'm now going into a Star Wars film with more questions than ever before, and I love it.
  20. Star Trek Discovery (2017)

Oh yeah it definitely seems as though they're section 31. Still kinda hoping they get flung somewhere far off so we can truly explore something new. I also get SGU every so often, which I love. That show ended way before its time.
  21. Star Trek Discovery (2017)

I'm kind of hoping the Discovery gets lost or something some everything they do will be "going boldly". Could also explain why we never hear of the ship in later series. It disappears and never comes back.
  22. I'm glad the trailer seems to give stuff away but really hasn't. Got my midnight screening tickets booked!
  23. Netflix

I've watched all of The Good Place, that has currently been released, and really enjoyed it.
  24. Star Trek Discovery (2017)

I guess the over-estimated the radiations effect. Other Trek shows have gotten away with far flimsier plot
  25. Star Trek Discovery (2017)

I assumed it would take 20 minutes until she received a fatal amount of radiation exposure.
