Two more characters reveaped; Honey Queen and Wiggler, I'll admit, I never expected them. This probably means no waluigi, even though I never play as him.
I wont be suprised if I see 7 wigglers racing online in the 1st race!
Im happy that kalimari desert is in this one of my all time favs!

You can play as luigi, im guessing this is after you complete the game.

I prefer DD over Wii any day, it received some of the lowest reviews compared to other MK's but IMO it was an absolute blast especially with 4 players, and a lot of the courses were excellent!
Wii was still fun, but the only track I liked was luigi circuit...
Whats the 1st track that you race on in MK?
For me its always been luigi circuit/raceway if not then a similar track eg mario circuit, figure 8 etc.

From the vids marios movement did seem slow, but IMO, it didnt look that bad, perhaps you'll really understand if you've played it.

Has anyone preordered this +/ SM3DL? Im waiting for the best deals, but i might preorder in my local gamestation, because i want to trade in some games at the same time.

Question: Does the 'Blue'/'Spiny' Shell actually hit everyone in front of the racer who throws it, or does this shell just go for the 1st racer, but does so via the ground, which COULD potentially be dangerous for the rest in front of the racer who threw the shell, because they might be driving on the 'invisibile path' this shell is following?
Anyone catching my drift here?
I get what you mean. Is the spiney shell the kind from MK64 where it aims for the lead racer, on the ground knocking others in its path, or does it down right just hit everyone.
Thats a good question, nothing in any of the vids ive seen (may have missed some) indicates either. But my thinking is since its back to the wingless spiney shell, perhaps it would go back to how it originally was, meaning the 1st is the target and others that are in the way get blasted into the air. Hopefully its going back to 64 style, i personally liked it that way.
Sorry I didnt answer your Q' but maybe someone else knows the answer to this, if not then were going to have to wait for some vids, confirmation from the dev team or just the release itself.

on the JP site, theres 14 characters, with two yet to be revealed, 16 in total. is that the limit? has anyone said anything about other characters? 16 is a good number, I was just wondering seeing as MK Wii had 24.
No Block Fort?perhaps theres going to be a new block fort?... THERE HAS TO BE ONE!

Sounds like yet another legendary MK game and it may be the reason I buy a 3DS.
If I was going to get a 3DS, id get a Red 3DS + MK7/SM3DL (or both). If there was a Bundle that would be sweet!
From now on until the "2 weeks of bankruptcy" im going to work so hard that i finish off all my uni projects for the remainder of the term. Then im going kick back and enjoy all of these awesome games! Seriously cant wait till SS, SM3DL, MK7 & the MK League!

MK7 is going to be the second biggest game of the year after SS (IMO). just waiting on some clarification about this new community mode.

I've got pokemon white, ive had to start again but at least im back in the fold. Btw i used the dreamworld function, it worked it was pretty cool but the thing is when i tried to 'wake upmy pokemon, it doesnt work, i keep getting error 31020. I tried again everyday at different times 6 days in a row. But it says download failed everytime. When i went to the dream world there i met a mawile its on my wall/ chart thing, meaning that i can try to catch it in the entralink, my question can i catch a pokemon from other gens through dream world even if i havent finished the game.

Pyramids is out on the eshop tomorrow, the price is most likely going to be £3.60. Thats all well and good, but wheres Push & Pull? Its taking too long. Also theres going to be a sequel for AiRace for the eshop as a 3DS Download software, but this will be coming next year with some online multiplayer, and of course in 3D.

I dont really know much about this game, but i saw a few vids and it reminds me of sonic rush, mind you sonic rush was awesome but i was waiting for something more original. Anyway Abyss is on the same day, meaning this is a no for me... for now.

For now we'll have to wait and see how these characters develop, their importance to the story, traits etc. Even if they may look like total bs.

I think this was my 1st eshop purchase, but i havent had time to sit down and give a solid play through. Maybe i might have some time this saturday.

I've actually selected my snack and drink of choice for this evenings gaming heaven. Double Stuffed Oreos and Milk.
I'm not having them until I get back! (I'm out 2-6) This is gonna be worth it!
Oreos + milk = win. Double stuffed? Thats serious! Apart from the snacks, this week on the eshop all we have is golf. VC golf... seriously, the eShop needs a serious ReDESIGN.

I didnt need to play online co-op on re5, because I had my bro, but now this will be pretty cool, the only thing left is to have the ability to chat online via the 3ds headset then you've pretty much got the entire console package. Co-op or not if this game has an awesome single player campaign with solid difficulty, tense atmosphere and some good scares along the way. then im sorted!

Another dry spell on the eshop? Dont think it will last for much longer though, seeing as 3DS Download software are coming very soon like mutant mudds, pyramids, switch force, that drawing/painting app called colours 3D, flipper 2 etc.
Did you know that JP already has Hiku Osu? That was damn fast!
Any advice on what I should do about my remaining 4.50? I was thinking about aquite/aquia or starship patrol/defence or should I just save it?

Yup Its being released on the 18th of nov. Im definitly going to preorder both this and mk7, but im still waiting for some preorder bonuses, or atleast the lowest price and launch day delivery of course.

Tales of The Abyss has been pushed back for EU, the new release date is 25/11/11. its now sandwiched in-between SM3DL & MK7.

Anyone sent their 3DS off for repair before?
the screen wobble needed addressing since i'd have to remove my Armour zelda case (which with extra hinges solved it) and no matter what i do the bottom screen smudges/scratches the top screen! I'm on my 4th Hori screen protector now, it smudges them to the point that no amount of cleaning makes it go
so i've booked it in for repair, but i'm wondering do you send the SD card with it? the leaflet is a bit vague, it says to remove accessories like screen protectors, stylus' etc but it doesn't mention the SD card

I havent sent off my 3ds, so i dont have a clue, but if they did not mention an SD card then im guessing that you wont need to send it. If your not sure then you should give them a call

Hmm dont know what to make of this, it says officially licensed, and its coming out on the 4th of November. Voice chat would be nice, did nintendo say that there was going to be a firmware update next month? Hopefully it will provide a voice chat functionally along with a messaging system. Thanks for the post welsh!

Btw Wario is a confirmed character. I agree on the metal mario subject, its just mario dipped in liquid metal... another new character should have been included instead!
