  1. main signes of clinical depression is that you lose the joy/pleasure of things you used to like ie, no longer finding games/sports/friends pleasurable. constant stress and deep thinking followed by the so called "feeling low" and social withdrawal/isolation.

episodes can include sorrow and crying, pointlessness and sometimes suicidal thoughts (as a result of feeling low and pointless)

treatment includes amitryptalin 10,25 or 50mg along with citalopram 10-40mg

feeling low on random times isnt really depression, it must occure far too often to be concidered depression.

ps, british weather is one of the main factors in depression especially autemn to spring period

  2. poor game from united and villa today, plaeyers looked lazy and tiered, i think it was one game too many for villa. only reason united won was because of better depth in squad.

    *gives villan thumbs up sign*

unlucky mate, good game and good atmosphear.

  3. The measles virus has been genetically engineered to cure cancer, though the immunisation becomes airborne and does something to the world's population EXCEPT for Will Smith. That's all I'm saying.

28 days later in NY rether than london

rage virus was replaced by another one.

what makes it special is the directing, thats what made the film for me

  4. united won 1-0 but tevez in injured, probably out for 4 weeks from what it looked like after the game when he was being carried. generally united played quite poor and not sharp as expected.

chelsea done really well for them selvs and arsenal not collapsing? hmmm....

  5. im kinda concerned with the amount of players dying during matches in past 5-6 years. i personally think football has become too demanding and some players cant keep up.

foe, the sevilla player, the benfica player that died in the CL game,

thats like 2 players a year dying. wasnt like that in the 90s

  6. ronaldo, ronaldo, ronaldoooooooo

what a goal, what a goal what a gooooooooal

clearly when every one had doubts, BANG! cristiano "did anyone miss me?" ronaldo sticks his head out and tells us no matter who steals the limelight (rooney, tevez, evra, anderson), hes still there.

  7. To say he dominated Gerrard and Mascherano is abit over the top dont you think

well gerrard was non existant in the second half but mascherano tried to do something, didnt get far. all you kept seeing is anderson and hrgreeves getting the ball in midfeild which resulted in absolutly no great threat from liverpool in the second half untill bable came on. the lads sat back infront of the back four and protected it perfectly.

    ramar, please prove me wrong.

  8. Fuck off. We were all over them! We should've and could've won by more. Magnificent performance.

ROFL @ the gimp who said we were on a downward slope!!

    WE ARE TOP THE LEAGUE!

SAY WE ARE TOP THE LEAGUE!

you are top of the league! and you played well too suprisingly.

but were still right behind you! waiting to pounce.

anyone else think anderson will be the best player in the prem in a few seasons time? i mean in 3-4 years time the dude will rule football! totally dominated gerrard and mascherano today.

  9. Sunderland scored, practically with the last kick of the game. Fuck all wrong with it but disallowed for some reason. Roy Keane was fucking incensed on Soccer Saturday. Haha, the fucking Manc ****.

it looked like he was gonna kill someone today in MOTD interview.

  10. Food

curry dishes - Khan's (cheap and good quality most of the time) in queensway

Japan/china/malasian - Oriental city in colindale, will 100% find something to like

Edgeware road - Best in arabic food from arab dishes with lots of shops to eat in

  11. 100 goals, only 3 of those didn't hit someone else before crossing the line. ;)

    ROFL. so true!

back on topic, when we lost to bolton we had ronaldo, roony and vidic missing so no complaints, having injuries is no excuse, you are slowing down and seen falling, you can see that through the games you played.

    slavia praha - shambolic

wigan - won but did not play well

seville - alves crushed you (even though you had players rested)

villa - arsenal were poor in that game, especially 2nd half

newcastle - no need to comment

boro - poor preformace by arsenal again

now dont get me wrong, playing bad and digging results is a sign of a great team but 5 games on the trot? that shows cracks.

Expecting chelsea to really hurt you next sunday especially that they found their footing again.

  12. 11 goals is bad football, the defending in that match was diabolical. Good football is not always about scoring but how the game flows, passing and movement is more pleasing on the eye than hoofing a few goals.

true but you do need goals to get it done, its like having cake without iceing (sp?)

you played nice football; but no end product last season.

ps, i worte arsenal off fully this season and still think they will collapse during the xmass period and drop to possible 4th/5th. i think im gonna be right as if you see, last 4 games have been avarage preformances and shown how fragile arsenal can be. seville/villa/wigan/boro have been poor preformances.

    out of steam already?

  13. Derby came up through the play offs, so they aren't the best the championship has to offer.

If demise is sitting top of the premiership is I feel sorry for those below us, must be the apocalypse.

demise ---> the fall/collapse/end, all refering to you being top and then no longer...

    thankyou, thankyou very much:bowdown:

  14. Haha, as much as I'd love for it to happen, it's definitely not going to end up that way.

Saying that, Boro have absolutely outclassed Arsenal. Good job, lads. :)

But, Arsenal will probably come out stronger in the second half and score 3 goals to win.

and then i will hte you for speaking too soon.

remember villa last week, then i ended up feeling silver and blue.

    edit: get in there tungay
