i didnt say anything about liverpool not being a big club, but i expect them to up their standerds. They are opposit of arsenal, they play great football to dead ends, while liverpool/chealsea play efficient football for success and not entertainment and if you look at football now, its a bussiness and you need to keep people coming back. i expect a league with 3-4 teams playing entertaining football much like the barca, real combi. the only teams that are doing that in the prem are united and arsenal(without result) to some extrent and spurs. i do hope things change.

question ant, do you lots actually have antfeild at maximum capacity all season round (including lower fixtures eg, Liverpool Vs Wigan). if not then i se no point for the expansion, if yes then thats justified as lots of fans cant get it. that was the main reason for Old trafford expansion, too many sell out matches forced the expansion and extra cash from excecutive (the quadrons).

true, hes very versitile player, can play right/left winger, behind attack, normal cetral mid and defensive mid(even though hes weak). kinda makes him a good sub to have no matter what. i agree that hes much better than many players in the prem but he lacks some awareness and shooting. he has heart and effert. reminds me of heargreaves in the world cup. threw everything he had for englands last game. well Japan, South Korea (remember them), australia and saudi arabia are actually quite good teams. players all over the world from the prem to the italian and dutch leagues making them on the conterary, quite worthy adverseries (sp?). bring on the confederations and intercontinental cups. ps. there were celebrations all over iraq from baghdad to basra, iternationally from london to detroit, damascus, dubai and berlin.

well im gonna be getting a satallight TV upgrade soon and along with digitalb card,ill be able to watch all the prem games (includin 3.00 kick-off). i love saturdays, foortball from 12.00 till 10.00 followed by MOTD. commentry never bothered me, just hated that female commentator on BBC during the highlights, quite poor as she showed no passion.

i agree with the new antfeild being unique. wouldnt agree with emirat being something special though. its actually quite generic. emirates cardiff paris olympic stadium - Berlin frankfurt get the point? the shift now is from stadium design to stadium facilities and services (united have great services while wembley stadium has great facilities)

Iraq made it to the asian cup finals on penalties against the mighty south korea (4th in world cup 2002). its the first time in the finals for us for 31 years. saudi arabia have defeated the japanese (yes, nakamora and endo were playing) 3-2 to get to the final Iraq vs Saudi arabia for the final Iraq FTW!
