It's really cool that they're doing this for the 20th anniversary but I'm unsure whether or not I'm going to buy a copy. These games are extremely dated and feel so slow after getting to grips with the newer games!

I was about to come in and predict Pokemon Z as it seemed odd we've not heard much about the game when the anime basically confirms it's coming real soon, good to hear Masuda is hinting something will be there! The third versions are always worth the money, all the new features tend to be pretty good. So, what are we expecting for the games due this year that they might not have announced? I think a F2P Wii U title might be there to tide things over and get a little revenue going until Xenoblade

Miitomo is barely a game.. Quite disappointed as I was looking forward to seeing what Nintendo could do with smart phones.

Probably not, I can't see the thing being saved for me personally after the Hyper Japan demo, it just felt completely hideous to play.

Well, it's kind of interesting. They announced that the SDKs were shipping out and noted the performance ever so slightly in the article, and then we basically got the confirmation that studios did indeed receive SDKs for the console, so it's highly likely that there's a lot of truth to it.

Microsoft are also using Blu Ray by the way, a direct competitor to Sony. But why would they do that? You're giving money to the enemy and it supposedly adds "nothing to the system". No, it's not the whole playing Blu Ray movies, Blu Ray as a medium has an immense amount of storage capacity for a relatively cheap price and games these days need a hell of a lot of memory. This is why Blu Ray is important. I wouldn't care if it couldn't play Blu Ray movies, the Wii didn't bother me with using DVD games but not being able to play the movies but it still struck me as a little odd to not pay that very little license price just to say "Yeah, it can do that". I'm not sure why people can't understand this concept.

Same here too, it's my biggest problem with the Wii U. Some people are happy with it, and that's fine, but it's just so lacking in features. As for the launch, I doubt that'll be an issue. They've had trouble with the 3DS and Wii U at launch and the fact that first party games are running very dry right now seems to indicate they're prepping for something big. The Wii having Wii Sports AND Zelda on launch date was fucking huge and basically secured its appeal to casuals and hardcore Nintendo fans, and I firmly believe that if the NX is a home console, the new Zelda is going to be a launch title whilst still being available on the Wii U.
