Hi again. sorry for just appearing. It's just that I've been following this since I first received a letter in early May and have read all of Slycks posts and visit the beingthreatened chatroom. The general concensus is just to reply and deny, don't give any more details than that. This has been tried before and the cases that Davenport Lyons had have now been passed to ACS. At least if you reply they can't give a default judgement if it goes to court, and that's a big IF. Thousands of letters have been sent out and more are in the pipeline, so yes I agree that this is a money making scheme, but they are using loopholes in the law and it is legal. The sooner this is stopped, the better.
