The microphone is not wireless, it goes in to the USB on the back of the Wii. But you need a controller to choose the options.

Got mine. Is very good. Drumming is a lot harder than it looks though!!! Also, every instrument needs a Wii Remote, including the Microphone, so I'll need to get another controller now!

Perhaps it's different for the ones from Game. The lady I spoke to asked if it was from Play or not, mine is from Play.

I have just called Parcel Force to see what is happening as my Band Pack is still showing as being sorted at the National Hub. They asked what the package contained, I told them and they replied that they have been instructed to hold off delivery until Friday. Looks like no early deliveries this time!
