I always turn my pc off (the wrong way, like the plug) everytime i stop using it and mines never messed up and ive had it 2 1/2 - 3 year

AVG free is the best ive used, i got a winfixer virus and its a pain in the arse for me to get rid of. I downloaded all different free trials and non worked, so i donwload AVG went into safemode found it and sent it to the vault to never return again.

I accidently snapped the arm off my guitar, so i told my mum that i dont know how it happened and she rang the shop blaming them they sold us a broken guitar....after a few phone calls they ended up giving me a new guitar. My mum still doesnt know to this day that i broke it mwwwohahaha

For starters i hate the place where i live and will definetly move when i finish school, I dont like school its so depressing and you get the same routine every day, however my friends are kool (Moogleviper as one of them, even though he can be an arse sometimes) At home though im very happy, everythings good. Got my health even though i am a bit chubby, so kind of a mixture over all

Im on wanadoo 1mb 2G limit. I play world of warcraft (ALOT), CS:S and battlefield 2 aswell as downloading a load and sharing the connection with my bro. Afew months ago they moaned witha few letters that we were going over the limit but we ignored them and they've not complained since.

OK, I had limewire a few days ago and everytime i closed it it would automatically open up again, this got on my nerves so i deleted limewire. Then i realised that my task manager wouldnt open even when i try to open it using tool bar. ive done scans using ad-aware and norton (even in safe mode) and deleted everything thats come up, yet it stilll hasnt gone away. Also ive had alot of ads since this started happening "play poker online" "winfix" and ive also had more pop-ups than a life time of pop-up pirate. so Please would any of you help me sort it out because i dont know what to. Thanks in advance.

One more question, what is winlog.exe? and should i delete it?

How do i know what to delete? I dont know what im doing to be honest. Heres some screen shots of processors if that helps, if you need anything else ill do it.
