I woke up extra early so I could get time to play this. Still spent for ever in character and erased most of my time so will have to wait till after work, drinks and a meal before I can really sink my teeth into it. Think I’ll be manning charge blade but dabbling a bit in almost every other weapon this time. Everyone else doing something similar? Edit: oh and it’s great to be talking/playing/dreaming monster hunter again

I have enjoyed this beta so much. It’s giving me that “I need moar” vibe and seeping into my dreams. It’s fun to play and fun to watch and has me wishing away the next 40+ days so I can play more.

DLC is a fun short distraction. To be honest, I just wanted to give more money for thanks for Automata. It really is one of those games

@Rummy I am generally around at that time so if I’m online, hit me up with a request. Did last weeks prestige nightfall yesterday, and actually enjoyed the level of challenge. Made me want more. It’s. real shame there isn’t something akin to prisoner of elders that is properly randomised and a rewarding challenge. That’s all this game needs really.

Just to back up drifts lofty claims: Lots of good stuff but is this the end game we are looking for.

I’ll be honest, I’m not sure I’m having fun doing the raid blind. Some bits yes, but usually when we finally figure it out and that’s after having sunk hours, literally. Im too old to be spending that amount of time with no progress lol. And now we have to continue from where we left off today rather than doing something else fun. I think I enjoy receiving rewards rather than guessing what the developers are expecting us to work through. The wonderment and setting of the raid is literally awesome though. Great overall world design from what I have seen so far

Yeah that's shitty. I was also a back up at times and had some truly awful experiences with randoms, despite being in a clan and declining invites to clans where I had a good experience. I didn't get to do the last raid of destiny 1 either and really don't want a repeat of last time. I don't know if we should have more static teams to avoid 'poaching' or just have a first come first serve approach but maybe clarifying 1 way to sort out raid groups which all players have access to for clarity and fairness would be a good start like using the destiny app clan chat for example.

Not to sound like a dick but there is more than 6 players in the clan that want to raid, but some people are sometimes forgotten about and it shouldn't be up to one person to sort all the groups. We had an issue with people being left out I. Destiny 1 and I really want to avoid that happening so I'm happy to sort out a regular second party for those that don't fit into the initial group.

Is anyone interested in doing the raid this week? I believe [mention=15051]Map[/mention] and [mention=8946]Milagi[/mention] will be available and joining myself and Denthra for a blind run through.

I'm at level 268. I have a bunch of powerful gear to collect and I still haven't done the nightfall but I'm saving those for a higher light level. I'm off work till Monday so im getting my grind on and free for a raid whenever.

For those unaware you can get ratchet and clank for £11.99 off the store. Been waiting for that for ages.

Quite the opposite. Games look noticeably better and everything performs more efficiently. Personally I pick the options that boost performance most but 4k games are damn pretty. Even my girlfriend who doesn't care much for tech is impressed and can see the difference. I wouldn't recommend it to everyone but it you already have a 4k tv and spot a deal that wont ruin your savings then I say go for it. I think expansive 3d games like Horizon: Zero Dawn and the future monster hunter will really benefit from it.

So apparently I don't want to save money anymore: Bought a new LG OLED TV because its the 2016 model and it's fast going out of stock everywhere with the availability of the way too expensive 2017 models. Anyways, because of that I had to get a ps4 pro (14 day return policy on the tv so need to make sure the high end stuff works as expected). So now I have to go through my old ps4 library and delete all the games I don't play (and will most likely never play to be honest). I want to transfer everything over from the old to the new PS4 via the Ethernet transfer method. I have managed to whittle down my current installation of games to 1.02TB in my 2TB hard drive. Have any of you guys been through this process? How was it? Does it transfer everything across? How much actual space do you have available out of the 1TB drive? Is the drive fast or should I replace it with my old 2TB drive? The Ps4 pro drive is faster than the base ps4 drive while my 2TB drive felt slower than the base version.
