  1. Burn After Reading

A very enjoyable film from the Coen brothers with some clever humour and great performances. Ideal if you're looking for something quirky.

    7/10

    Gah, I still have

    nightmares

    of when

    Brad Pitt's

    character's

    face

    just before he

    gets

    killed

    *shivers*

  2. Can someone explain why the Ood had an important role in telling the Doctor about all the bad shit was happening? Where were they? Whats the importance of them building that city in 100 years? Why are they there?! Did I miss something?

Also, when he saw Rose again, 1st Jan 2005, I'm guessing thats just before the doctor met Rose?

Anyway, I LOVED how the Doctor gave Donna the lottery ticket :D

Oh btw, just watched the preview of season 5.......I want Tennant back :(

BTW: Just noticed this, go play the trailer on the BBC website for season 5, and at the end, when it's just the Doctor Who logo, and the light flashing, turn your volume to max, it says something but I can't work it out..

  3.

    Okay.

    She's unhealthily thin.

And your in the right position to say that because?

Your not are you. That the way she naturally is, she eats like a horse, and yet she stays that way. And yeah, shes very healthy.

Off this now. Anyone else wanna share their NYE pics?!:grin:

  4.

    Hoooooo she's hot.

She really really looks like the Child Catcher from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Which is obviously a turn on for me.

Chick on the left needs to eat something at some point.

Ahhh, nice to know your the same old twat you always were Rez :)

  5. T_K, how come hot girls always love gay guys? It's not fair! :p ;)

Haha, I'm not really sure to be honest with you. I can't speak for other gay guys but I love girls more than anything, like, i would love to be married to a woman, I'd love to spend the rest of my life with a woman, but it's just the sexual part thats a no go for me....

Hang on am I still talking about the same thing here? haha

  6. Kill Bill Volumes 1+2

First time watching these in Blu-Ray, and oh my good lord.

The movies look STUNNING, seriously, probably the most gorgeous films I have seen on Blu-Ray (if you don't agree tell me what to watch dammit!).

Anyway, back to the movies itself. I forgot how bloody good these are, I could watch over and over and over, I love how incredibly hilarious some scenes are, for example when the little girl gets off the bus and is walking to the front door, AMAZING.

Has to be one (two?) of my favourite films ever

    10/10

  7. Ah, I remember the good ol' when T_K was just a pubestachioed thirteen old. Time goes so fast :weep:

Anyway...there seems to be a gap in my emotional chronology.

Oh btw, just looked at that picture of you and your girl, amazingly good looking couple :)

  8. Got Rihanna's "Rated R" and Alicia Keys' "The Element Of Freedom"for christmas and...

    Rated R

I wasn't expecting to like this much, after all of the bad things I had been hearing, and that she had gone in a totally differant direction, I was skeptical...

But wowowow, I was totally surprised, from the minute I played it, the opening track "Madhouse" is an intro, it sets the tone for the rest of the album, dark, beaty, bassy, mid-tempo.

It's quite clear that she is a lot angrier in this album, and it's clear she wanted to set a certain theme on it. And it works really well.

"Hard" is one of the...well...hardest hitting tracks on here, she is strong on here and the song emmits a powerful dark heavy aura.

My favourite track from the album is "Firebomb", one of the more interesting tracks on the album, with a piano playing, and also an electric guitar, she sings "I just wanna set you on fire so I won't have to burn alone".

"Te Amo" has beautiful music behind it, with bongo drums, she sings "She said Te Amo, then she put her arms around me waist".

"Photographs" has a dreamy, mellow sound to it. It's a song I had to listen to quite a few times to like, but now it's great to chill out too.

"Stupid In Love" + "Cold Case Love" are two....well...boring...very slow songs. I usually skip these.

All in all it's a brilliant album, and it's a welcome change. Yay for Rihanna:)

    8/10

Will review The Element Of Freedom tomorrow, I need sleep :/

  9. See, I expect the same. I mean it's FERGIE. Then again...I can see why her being in it could make it go either way. Aww, I was so looking forward to it. You've ruined this. Bitch.

Fergie has one song, she is on the screen for what...10 minutes throughout? She also looks TERRIBLE in it :L

Kinda like all of them, except for a couple.

  10. *gulp* Hi.

    Nine

I was SO excited to see this, as Rob Marshall directed it, and Chicago being one of my favourite films...

    How dissapointed was I? Very.

The film starts very slow and drags a little, then goes onto a big opening number, this was quite exciting, and thought ooo ok now it starts! But, I felt like the bits in between the songs were filler. Which is funny because, the songs don't make the story, the songs are the actual filler, while the "drama" is the actual story. But it feels the other way round, because the songs are much more entertaining than the drama.

And even then, only about half of the songs are good. Another thing, there is too much going on at the same time, nine women are far too many.
