  1. the revolution could help it's sales if zelda tp is marketed right and epecialy if it has enhancments or re-released for the console, whould also be awsome for a pack in game as long as it works with the revo controler. mario can defintly out sell zelda. mario 64 for example sold 11million copies worldwide where zelda oot sold thought 8.6million majora's mask at just 3million the later was released closer to the end of the n64 life.

  2. i thought the factor 5 game was thornado and not tornado, how can nintendo put a trade mark on Tornado it's a common word unless it was translated wrong. Sadness sounds allright the more adult type games the beater i just hope all these smaller developers finds a publisher.

  3. yeah epecialy with voice chat i think a friends system is the only way to go unless the revolution has some sort of user profile thing built in where perants can set up accounts for every one in the family that turn voice chat and text chat off while there kids, friends ect are on those types of games.

  4. looks like finaly fantasy cc for revolution is a launch title or very close to launch, the launch is getting beater by the day.

Youichi Wada, president of Square Enix, spread some positive comments for the company's upcoming Revolution title Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles, saying the game will feature "magnificent graphics and an intense use of the revolutionary control of the platform."

Wada says the Revolution game will have a deeper plot than its GameCube predecessor and feature online capabilities. Crystal Chronicles was the first third-party title announced for the Revolution and is expected to be a launch title. Wada says the game will be available in the U.S. by the end of the year.

  5. nintendo have defintly said sd cards will be supported, you should be abble to backup your cards to your computer however games downloaded will be wrapped in drm and possible game saves as well which means they will only play on the console you downloaded it to.

  6. i think that may have been taken out of context, i don't see the revolution controller having a touch screen it would just add to much to the cost and battery life, however the revolution control can already act like a finger just point at the menu item then slowly move it forward to simulate a press of a button.

  7. personaly i whould love if retro started raven blade and thunder rally backup they absolutly looked awsome on the gamecube to bad they where canceled early in it's life.

n-space is working on a few revolution titles im hoping also that they create some first person shooter titles geist was a decent first attempt but im sure they could improve on it epecialy with the revo controler.

  8. i whould really like usb stick and external usb hard drive support, they basicly have much of the work done for sd cards anyway the only need usb and large disk drivers. but even if it's not the case sd cards are faily cheap. revolution i don't think is using blue tooth if anything it will be similer to the wave bird there is only support for 4 players as there is only 4 lights on the controler however like the wave bird there should be at least 16 channels im not sure if it selects these automaticly like bluetooth or theres a switch.

  9. revolution is the only console this generation with storage as standed in each and every unit. theres nothing stopping nintendo from releasing a hard drive in the future.

i actualy like the ds online features it's easy to use and it's extreamly easy to setup, however some problems need to be addressed.

    1. needs uniq id and username for all games.

    2. a loby with out the need for any game inserted, for chatting and arraging game matches.

    3. needs to be easier to tell when friends are on and if they are you should be abble to message them in some way. in or out of game.

    4. support for servers, the p2p method nintendo is using is great for small amounts of players. even if it works similer to gamespy or steam where they release server software which isp's ect can host.

  10. i have been offered tickets for press access a few years in a row now, the cost to get there however is the biggest problem ticket price is nothing compared to plain fair to get there from australia. but at least this year ill be given hours and hours of videos to watch so it's the next best thing.
