I couldnt that day, nor the day after.. but yesterday (9th) I was and asked them why is it, they do this sometimes!.. (once I heard the car outside, and went to the door, and nothing, the office just drove away!) :S At the office, they told me, that it was strange, but when I search on the web, it seems Im not the only one experiencing this.

So anyhow... I was there yesterday and picked it up! and was angry for the service (let the office lady know), so.. today morning, I received a "note" saying that they where here the 7th, but no one was home, and that I could come to pick it up on the office!! <-- I did the day before!!
