Yep it's pretty funny. They need to get this in cinemas. Very telling the people used are all young adults. Not really something I've seen before from Nintendo.

Yes they are. Just seeing someone play a Zelda or a Mario Kart on a portable beats the hell out of someone playing candy crush.

This is going going to sell itself once it's out in the wild. People on buses, trains, tubes, in schools, universities etc will see this and stop to look. You see people playing Mario kart or better local co op Mario kart and suddenly smart device games ain't cutting it. Aesthetically Nintendo have nailed it this time.

Chinatown wars didn't really sell well. It wasn't really comparable to the home console versions of the time though. They did release a PSP GTA though but not sure how well that did? I can see the reluctance if you look at the handheld market as one that has gotten smaller so maybe one would feel it wasn't worth it but 60 million 3DS sales still to me says that's a very big market to work with. In some ways I think the 3DS doesn't tell a story in the sense it's power meant western third parties could never really see if there games would succeed in this smaller handheld market. The vita would of got a lot more games if it sold but it didn't. The Switch I think now gives them a handheld platform to work with.

Wii U had no VC at launch. I will find it disgraceful if the switch also has no VC at launch.

They want it out before fiscal year end. They told shareholders it would be.

They haven't even announced Fifa 18 period. EA were never going to announce Fifa 18 first at the Switch reveal.
