The most likely thing to happen with the cheap Chinese battery is that it's filled with sand to make you think it's a bigger capacity battery Well @Wii when you get it let us know how it performs compared to the standard battery. I'd be surprised if such a cheap battery even manages to last as long as the original battery.

When you play with customisations turned on you have to either set them up before the match, play with the default characters or select random and let the game decide which special moves and stats you get.

Too bad it messes with Mega Man's and Sonic's recoveries. I like Smash 4 the way it is, it's basically what Brawl should've been.

Nah none at all. I used to play Brawl with the Gamecube controller then switched to the Classic Controller for that and didn't feel any lag at all and Smash Wii U is just as responsive. I wouldn't worry about lag since Wii remotes connect through bluetooth, same as PS3 controllers which people use at competitive level for games like Street Fighter and Tekken. I have no idea, I remember going back to the main menu and the game telling me to put my Amiibo back on the gamepad so I thought it saved.

I just use my classic controller myself, it's nice and snug. The buttons are all bigger and comfier than on the Gamepad

Well I played a bit with my Captain Falcon amiibo today, he went from level 1 to 40 in 1 session and has learnt pretty well although it refuses to drop down from the ledge and double jump to knee opponents on the stage. Maybe I need to do some 1 on 1 fights against it. BTW if you have customisations disabled then do the items and abilities you teach it still affect the amiibo? Cause I noticed it was taking more damage and being knocked out a lot earlier than Captain Falcon normally does.

I bought Captain Falcon today. What exactly am I supposed to do with him? I registered him in Smash Bros, set a colour and nickname and fed him some items but now what?

It's weird, I was hyped all year for this game and now that I've finally got it I can't be bothered to play it. It feels like too much effort to turn on my Wii U and pick up my controller... maybe there's something wrong with me

I've found something that's worse than Brawl's online. In Brawl you could have up to 3 players on one Wii playing with someone on another Wii but in this game you can only have a maximum of 2 people.

What TV do you have? maybe you have a laggy TV.

Feels just like the 3DS version online to me, For Fun online with random people can be very laggy but For Glory 1 on 1 works well for the most part and playing with friends in the same continent is near lag free. Even when For Fun lags it's still a massive improvement over Brawl
