LinxSys Speed Booster Wireless - G Broadband Router Model No: WRT54GS

The router is wireless. I originally got it so I could use Xbox Live and my PC internet at the same time, I was going to take it back when I couldn't set it up but I kept it knowing I was getting Wii and would want it for Virtual Console, etc. I have a broadband internet connection with modem from Blueyonder. Someone told me I have to configure the router first, agghhh

I have a LinkSys router that I bought a month ago from Argos, that I don't know how to set up!!?? Would that work? I bought it for Live, but I could never get it to connect :-(

Hey people I'm enjoying Wii so far. Played a bit of Wii Sports and about 2 hours of Zelda. It's great! I feel a bit more secure now. Someone at Argos confirmed mine has been loaded onto their vehicle and is on it's way by checking my order number and postcode. Tickety tock! Come on mr driver person!!!

Yeah, we don't have a tracking number with Argos. I spoke to a few people at Argos, two of which were useless and one that was really helpful. She said I was 'one of the lucky ones' and I would get it today. I just don't like this wait though. As each minute goes by I get less confident that mine is gonna come

Waiting, waiting, waiting... This really is agonising. EDIT: I ordered through Argos Direct (telephone) so I wouldn't know about any tracking number. I was thinking about ringing Argos and asking for mine but they are using a seperate company so probably wouldn't know anything about them.

My biggest worry is that they deliver the console, but not Zelda. Or even worse, they don't deliver anything at all. I really don't have any patience...

Ahh, maybe I mis-heard the message. It was either 7 or 8, lol. I've been up since 7 anyhow doing some Uni work. I read somewhere that they are using a courier company called HDNL to carry out the deliveries, but as we don't have tracking numbers, it's useless. I just hope it comes early-ish!

Out of interest, when did you pre-order with Argos? I did mine on 8/11/06 after Play.com mailed me telling me I wouldn't get mine for launch. I recieved an automated answerphone message earlier on in the week telling me i'd get mine from Argos today...but I'm still paranoid. They said anytime from 7am to 6pm. Aghhh...

How are you guys tracking where your Wii is?

Argos left me an answerphone message today confirming that my Wii & Zelda will be delivered on Friday anytime between 7am in the morning to 6 at night. My dad's gonna be in, so should all be OK.

I'm not happy. Argos keep telling me different things. I was told I would get mine ON the 8th and now some woman has just said I will be PHONED on the 8th to arrange delivery.
