So Wii is finally here in just over a week and i've been reflecting back over the road here, this should back some great/hilarious/awful memories for you all

My favourite bit was the stand is a power supply week.

Other highlights include "OMG ITS POWERED BY ORANGE JUICE" and general hologram related theories.

This was the IGN mock-up before the console was revealed, im sure they were shown it before E3 2005, they must have, that mock-up is exactly correct. The silver bit for the stand, the self-loading disc line, the buttons, all they missed out was the flap.

Ah this really does bring back all the memories of the Revolution/Wii.I remember that Nintendo ON so well,it was good untill we say Mario and Samus.

I remember we were trying to find what made the Revolution a Revolution.

Yea..Revolution is just so...long. Names should be short.

yeah i never did like revolution it was too much of a prototype name...wii is far more memorable. it surely has to go down as one of the oddest console names though?
