Posted June 22, 2006 Though it appears that the Gamecube has solved all of Nintendo’s problems in truth it has not. They still have extremely poor advertising. They still have a kiddy image. And they still can’t attract Squaresoft to make a proper Final Fantasy for them. But hey. Their image is changing, as is their advertising approach. I agree, their advertising approach is changing definately for the better. An sheer stroke of genius was the advertising on Channel 4 in the UK. Posted June 23, 2006 That was a great read. I agree with the poor advertising for the GC, but the DS advertising is awesome. Nice to see adverts on Channel 4, lots of people watch that channel. To get everyone interested more, advertise on most of the music channels as well. Teens tend to watch them channels as well.
