Telewest have never had download limits...........and I doubt they'll change that now even after the NTL merger because they'll get a big backlash from certain customers. Posted April 1, 2006 I'm just leaving Pipex as I'm moving house but there isn't a cap on my service. I read that they would penalise heavy, heavy users (those that download & upload for days and days on end), but that's never affected me. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
