Pestneb Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 I'm still getting lots of disconnection errors... can't play online due to the high latency. Don't know if it's my ISP or the router. No d/c but I was half expecting it. A very strange night for me tonight.. I felt really disconnected, it was like a time trial with random items being launched at me. Even my position wasn't reliable - I ended up in 1st at one point without overtaking a single player. sucked all the fun out unfortunately Hopefully the connection will be more reliable next week.
Mr-Paul Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 Well that was fun! Awful in the first GP, I came last. Second GP got better, came 6th. Third GP, I won a race! Was leading after 2 races, second after 3. It all came down to Baby Park. I came last. Meaning I finished in 4th! FOURTH! So close to a podium. It really does depend on how you start. Get caught in the pack and if you get hit with one item, you get hit with loads. Case in point, I did well on Cheese Land, my least favourite track! I love Royal Raceway, so was pleased to win that one! Hope you enjoyed having me, unfortunately I can't do Thursdays usually, but that was good!

Wii Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 (edited) I should be happy with that tonight. A 2nd and a 3rd place finish in group 1. But I'm greedy, that 2nd could so easily have been a 1st. A couple of seconds later and it would have been. And the 3rd could have been 2nd. They could too easily have been also rans so count your blessings. Guess I'm in group 1 next week. Is it possible to change the New Mario Circuit track in GP 1 to Cheese Land (GBA)? I tried to have only retro tracks in there.
