Posted May 15, 2015 Looks like the silver and gold Mario amiibo will be making it outside of America. Nintendo Australia have announced them as retailer exclusives. Two new amiibo are coming to Australia and New Zealand, with Mario – Silver Edition amiibo and Mario – Gold Edition amiibo set to arrive in the coming months in limited quantities. Mario – Silver Edition amiibo will be available exclusive to EB Games launching 30th May, and Mario – Gold Edition amiibo will be exclusive to Target stores with more details to be announced soon – both figures will have a suggested retail price of AU$17.95. source Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Posted May 15, 2015 it's not a terrible business model though, at least scalpers need to buy a copy of the game too, so it supports game development, and means they virtually increase shelf space (on ebay) for the game. Posted May 16, 2015 Just a heads-up, I registered for stock alerts on Little Mac for Tesco Direct and they got some in at 7am this morning, all gone now of course - only just got up - but I just thought it would be of interest to anyone still after him, @Hero\-of\-Time perhaps? For what it's worth, had I managed to get any I was planning on offering them up on here for Nintendo's retail price (£10.99) plus postage but alas, it was not to be...
