The Last Of Us

Joel will die or be split from Ellie (?) in a sacrificial scrap at the end, guaranteed.

The twist is that Ellie and Joel are actually totally immune to the virus and are humanity's last....something blah blah.

The Dog scene in I Am Legend was bad enough... I don't want to have to do the same to Ellie! :weep:

Gameplay looks incredible though.

It did seem a little much leaving Ellie at times and going into the next room when you could see guys approaching! As in, like the game just conveniently forgets about her at times in order to allow it to move forward.

To me it looked like she was cautiously moving behind you, and was simply out of view of the camera - a few point of the demo you see him stop to look at where she was.

Here's a 15 minute gameplay trailer. Its basically an extended version of the E3 demo.

 Naughty Gods

This quote from Neogaf really made me LOL.

Naughty Dog Intern:

- "Boss, they just released the new Tomb Raider demo and it's getting good feedback".

Boss:

- "RELEASE THE KRAKEN"

Because building hype is an art and that'd be blowing your load early.

Not gonna watch that trailer!

So far think I've just watched the initial trailer and the E3 demo, that'll be all I think. This is gonna be too good!

Love the box art! This is how it should be done *glares at Bioshock: Infinite's box art*. But multiplayer though? Really? Urgh... :/

Demo with God of War.

May 7th, 2013 might seem like a long way away, so to help assuage the excruciating wait we’re announcing today that players who pick up God of War: Ascension will be able to get their hands on a demo of The Last of Us when it becomes available at a later date.

We teamed up with the development crew at Santa Monica Studio to include access to a chapter of The Last of Us in every copy of God of War: Ascension, so you won’t have to wait too long to get your hands on two of the biggest games of the year. Just load the God of War: Ascension disc into your PS3 and find The Last of Us listing on the main menu. There, you’ll find details on how you can obtain The Last of Us demo for free as soon as it becomes available.

We hope you’re as excited about this news as we are, and we know what’s likely on your mind now — what will you be able to play? We’ll have more news about what’s in store for you after God of War: Ascension launches in March. We hope your wait just got a little easier!
