It's probably only a select few smokers who have made this decision appear on the radar, and that's the utterly moronic minority who deem fit to stand in groups of five around the front door of a pub. It's not even the fact that they're smoking (although concentrating five peoples' smoke into one small area that everyone has to walk through undermines the ban a little in the first place) but more the fact that they're in the fucking way.
