soag Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 Even though she is only 6 months old will she will be in a few days time, Ivy loves this show and every time it's on she sits glued to the tv screen watching it and will laugh if iggle piggle does some thing funny. Her fave toys are her iggle piggle and her upsy daisy. But the show just does not make any sense to me every episode is pretty much the same and it all seems like a bad trip, one minute they are all the same size the next one is a gaint and the other is tiny. It really is the most bizarre show in the world
Happenstance Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 My niece watches the show as well, she loves it but I agree it is a very, very weird show, even for a kids one.
flameboy Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 bizarre....I am sat watching this with my 3 year old nephew he bloody loves it...
Kirkatronics Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 Theyre zombies.. Theyre scary.. Dont let her watch it!
ReZourceman Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 "Iggle Piggle"? Who is this person, and how does one make its acquaintance?
Wesley Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 A few of my friends are doing a uni. project using the In The Night Garden IP; I'd never heard of it before this... But... oh, my, God. Jesus Christ it's fucking weird as hell.
Coolness Bears Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 I love In The Night Garden. If my mind was a TV show this would be it all over the place mentalness. No coherent ideas just combining all of them into one amazing show. FORGET IGGLE PIGGLE! He's just a lame blue thing with a blanket. Makka Pakka is where it is at: In the actual show he is deceptively tiny!

soag Posted January 10, 2010 Author Posted January 10, 2010 Is this the creepy children shows thread? It is now lol for anyone who has never seen the show
My Buttons are Magic! Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 oh dear no ... (im my own very personal opinion) i dislike most (not all but the majority) of modern day childrens cartoons/programmes... if i ever have a child im gonna bring them up on the classics
Dannyboy-the-Dane Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 I've seen that one so many times before. Is it seriously a kid's show? It's fucked up as hell, and the themes are in no way suitable for kids. They won't even be able to understand them.
Dante Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 It was a kid film called The Adventures of Mark Twain and that part was called ‘The Mysterious Stranger’. It was shown once on TV and became banned from TV.
Tellyn Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 My niece watches In The Night Garden... I don't know if it's just me, but every episode is effectively the same as the last. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to catch a Ninky-Nonk.

Tonights bedtime hour episode was good as it featured mostly the pontipines .
martinist Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 That episode of pingu gave me nightmares as a kid, that walrus thing still creeps me out in a way >__<
darksnowman Posted January 11, 2010 Posted January 11, 2010 Is this the "wind your bobbin in" show? *busts a groove, doing the actions*
