Didn't realise the Mega Man pack was so cheap... I have them all on Wii U VC (and nes carts) but still tempted by this. Doesn't it have loads of extras?

According the Gaf there are issues with the port that Capcom have yet to address.

In other news, I bought my first theme yesterday thanks to this.

Oh wow, the Dreamcast theme uses the PSO lobby music and sound effects.

The PSO music and item selection jingle is godly. :D

Hmmm, maybe not then...

I've bought a few themes, like them a lot, no chance but really hope they move over to the NX.

One thing I'd like with the themes is being able to customise the bottom screen layouts to each theme. Some have pictures I want to put games around, some don't and I can fill the screen or use the badges etc. But it locks them to all themes.

You really do like to faff on with themes/customising your OS, don't you? :D

Trouble is, it's so good I end up just sitting on the home screen and bask in the nostalgia an not play any games.

You can save your customisations so you can have different layouts for different themes.

Haha, yeah I guess so. Never really thought about it. I'm a bit of organising freak though, when I have scripts to write I need distract myself as much as possible so after doing the washing up, clothes washing, tidying the bedroom I like to re-organise things; THEN I'll get to the writing...

WHAT?!?!?!? How? I've tried and failed miserably. That would be amazing!!

*grabs 3DS instead of writing his script*

Hang on, hang on. Sorry, I meant and it be a part of shuffle themes.

I had to get the Dreamcast theme as soon as it went up. Hearing the PSO Lobby music was a very nice surprise. I also love that even moving around the menu's sounds like the dreamcast.

Haha, also... I just opened my 3DS after putting it in sleep mode, it makes the beep followed by the familiar grinding loading sound of the original consoles loading mechanism, that is priceless!

This is also fantasic. Back when they were releasing this theme in Japan, Sega tweeted this image:

Be a shame if that is the case.

Doesn't really look like my kind of thing gameplay-wise, but the presentation is indeed glorious.

Also, does anyone else see a Chocobo in that logo?

What do you think the chances are we will get Super Mario RPG as part of the SNES VC games?

Someone found a list of 3DS SNES eShop titles for Japan.

Mario RPG wasn't on that list.

That doesn't mean it's not happening, for all we know, it could come out next month. But don't get your hopes up for a quick release.

Probably not for a while since it uses the SA1 chip; which isn't currently emulated by any known SNES 3DS VC game.

It took almost two years for it to come to Wii and, while I don't think it will take that long, it probably wont be amongst the earliest titles to get released on New3DS...

Anyone remember CING? They were the wonderful developers behind such click and point games as Hotel Dusk, Last Window and Trace Memory. Well, on the Japanese eShop in Spring, remnants of the CING development team, headed by Taisuke Kanasaki, are putting this out;

How come I missed this?! Rune Factory 4 was released digitally in Europe over a year ago and I didn't know! I was just turning on my 3DS for no other reason than to download previously bought games on my new 3DS just because I didn't have anything else to do, when I saw this game on sale. One my favourite series, was really unhappy when the game was cancelled in Europe a while back. Half considered to buy an US 3DS for the game.

Now I only have to figure and what happened to the space on sd card.

Those awakening packs - so for example, the champions pack, would that include the champions of yore 1, 2 and 3? so £2.24 for £2.67 worth of packs? (at the discount price :P)

Also which of those packs is most worth getting?

Fire Emblem Awakening: Champions Pack (Nintendo, €2.49 / £2.24

Fire Emblem Awakening: Golden Pack (Nintendo, €2.99 / £2.69

Fire Emblem Awakening: Scramble Pack (Nintendo, €2.99 / £2.69

Fire Emblem Awakening: Future Past Pack (Nintendo, €2.99 / £2.69

Fire Emblem Awakening: Rogues Pack (Nintendo, €2.99 / £2.69

Fire Emblem Awakening: Lost Bloodlines Pack (Nintendo, €2.99 / £2.69

Fire Emblem Awakening: Smash Pack (Nintendo, €2.99 / £2.69

Fire Emblem Awakening: Challenge Pack (Nintendo, €2.99 / £2.69

So about £21 to get the whole lot... but I think I'll only go for 2/3 of those...

Golden Pack gives you access to chapters that give you a load of gold, EXP and some other thing that I can't remember what it is. Good for easy grinding.

Scramble Pack is mostly for the convo's between characters and you get cutscenes with characters in different outfits.

The rest give you additional units of previous Fire Emblem characters, although they are just generic units really, skills or classes (such as Bride).

So in terms of missions and side stories there's not any more in there?? I was quite happy with the balance of units when I played through tbh so I might give the dlc a miss I think - the conversations aren't enough and additional units don't do it for me I don't think - thanks a for the info though! :)

I wish Nintendo would put the Mario Golf: World Tour DLC on sale. I'm genuinely considering downloading it to help get me through my wife's labour :blank:
