Emasher Posted January 26, 2009 Posted January 26, 2009 I've got my computer science exam coming up and because of this the school is clearing every CS student's documents folder out. I copied all the files in the folder to an SD card to bring home, and copied them onto my computer at home. Now, for some reason the "My Pictures" and "My Music" folders can't be removed from the SD card. Every single file in them can be, but the actual folders are "stuck" there. Is there anyway to remove them without formatting the card?

Format the SD card once everything you require from it has been removed. That should solve the problem you are having. I was trying to avoid that, but I guess there probably isn't any other way.
