glad this has been given a Wii release. I was worried it would be PS2 only. better order my Wii arcade stick..

Was reading on neogaf that capcom gonna have a hard time releasing this in the west due to the Tatsunoko license being so spread out..

Who the hell are Tatsunoko? I'd rather Marvel vs Capcom 2 :(

Does Speed Racer, Gatchaman, Macross and Samurai Pizza Cats ring a bell to you?.

I find sad that alot of people are trolling the wii because this game isnt for 360/PS3.

Even if the arcade version is running a wii arcade base software.

I hope they increase the roster. It's pretty pitiful compard to MVSC2.

Any roster is pitiful compared to MvC2.

I don't think the roster is a problem (yet). They haven't announced all characters, have they? And the roster is already bigger than the original X-Men vs. Street Fighter.

I posted in the other thread where we were speculating about what game this could be, and I said I checked on Wikipedia and found that Tatsunoko is Samurai Pizza Cats... if the Pizza Cats can be worked into this then its an instant buy!

A bit of Felicia from Darkstalkers would be nice too.

True, however I loved that game and liked all of the characters in it. I have no love what-so-ever for most of these.

However, despite my whines, I'll be getting this if it has classic controller support :) and please let it have online. If it doesn't I'll be very pissed off.

Well, I understand.

But we just gotta give them a chance, right? I didn't know who Marth or Captain Falcon were before Melee, but they became two of my favourite characters in that game (not just fighting-wise).

Plus, after looking into some of the anime produced by Tatsunoko, I actually recognise some of that stuff. When I found out who "Ken the Eagle" actually was, my jaw dropped. I hadn't seen that show in ages!

Yes, IGN are saying it will support CController. ^^

So is Roll, apparently. She'll fight with her broom :heh:

And "Jun the Swan" as well.

I'm wondering where Strider Hiryu is...

...No. It means Tatsunoko owned characters can join. Tatsunoko is an animating company, like, say, Nickelodeon.

I believe the only well known Tatsunoko character to not yet appear is Speed Racer.
