Posted March 12, 2008 ScrewAttack have gone and put together one of their controversial lists of games again. http://www.gametrailers.com/player/31740.html Heres the 20-11 run down: 20: Donkey Kong Country 19: Killer Instinct 18: F-Zero 17: UN Squadron/ Gradius 3 16: Starwing 15: Turtles in Time 14: Street Fighter 2: Turbo 13: Mario Kart 12: Contra III 11: Super Castlevania IV Well, there are quite a few games in there that I would have in my top ten and top five Snes games. Posted March 13, 2008 Yeah, you guys are right- there are more than enough titles yet to make up a great top 10. Its still crazy to see the games that made out the top 20-11 cos they are good enough to be a top ten, lol. F-Zero and DKC would be in my top... two! If they don't put FF VI into the top ten, then I'm sure FF IV will feature. Aside from that theres a quite a few classics left with Mario RPG that we never seen. That may only be because i have played it more than Super Metroid so i can't compare there greatness and i am more of a Zelda fan. But it could easily have been many from that list in my eyes! Posted April 8, 2008 Super Metroid and Zelda both are great games in many, many ways. But I think Metroid tops it for one reason....Atmosphere, my god Super Metroid has it, the music that plays when you first go on the planet Zebes is awesome!!!!!! And not once in the game did you ever feel bored in the game, there was just so much greatness in the game. Hell, I feel like playing it right now. Posted April 9, 2008 Then its settled. I am taking my Wii home with me this weekend and downloading Super Metroid. All these years I have called myself a hardcore Nintendo fan but I let Metroid slip by with only fleeting goes on emulated editions, well not anymore damn it!
