Oh yeah, they are the main bands I listen to.

 

But just to show how my muisc taste is wide spread, I also listen to Metallica, Beasite Boys, Weather Report, Jaco Pastorious, New Order, Moby, The Velvet Underground and Iropn Maiden.

 

And also, The Dears, I love this band so much.

COCOROSIE - sorry for the caps, but they're the most amazing band i've ever heard, everyone should give their albums 'la maison de mon reve' and 'noah's ark' a few listens. they make a kind of pseudo-folk and electronic music, they draw a lot on their cherokee heritage. one sister has a really creepy, gypsy-child voice and the other has had operatic training. portishead on acid, if you will. i've probably just put you all off ever wanting to listen to their music hehe, they're definitely worth your time if you like challenging music, though. by the way one of them is in my avatar courtesy of athriller :)
