Marshmellow
My dad just got this problem with iTunes. Everytime he tries to go to the iTunes store he gets this message that the network has been refused and it can't connect. I've tried loads of things. I've tried reinstalling iTunes. Installing the new version. Completely uninstalling everything (iTunes, Quicktime, apple update) and reinstalled it all. Still same message. I've tried network diagnostics in iTunes and it says it can't connect... But firefox, msn, and his security program all connect to the internet... So any help would be appreciated. Mr_Odwin
Check that your firewall isn't blocking it. What firewall do you use?
Emasher
Try accessing the store through your web browser and see what happens.
Shorty
Add iTunes to firewall exceptions list in Windows Firewall or whatever you're using. You shouldn't have to do this... but if you have a wireless router you might need to set up portfowarding for your router.
Marshmellow
Thanks guys, it was his PC-Cillin firewall blocking it for some reason... It didn't block it before...
