Posted September 22, 2005 a cartesian co-ordinate system isnt the only way of mapping a 3D space. honestly i dont think they'll be using x,y,z at all. games can use spherical polar, and the controller will no doubt use it, so if they do program in cartesian then there just wasting processing power. Small pic to try n explain. Try designing sensors that detect x,y,z co-ord. Its not masking any thing its just not using a cartesian co-ord system. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
