Cube
Rip off. I already have half the stuff. Why did you get rid of the black box, Valve???
Mikey
Don't 360 games cost like 50 quid new? Considering this is a game and 2 expansions for 35, I'd say it was a good deal.
Cube
Just realised it was the 360 one. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Half-Life-Orange-Box-DVD/dp/B000RO0OKU/ref=sr_1_2/026-9633668-1290826?ie=UTF8&s=videogames&qid=1188136357&sr=1-2 £25 for the PC one...not bad. I'll see how much Portal and Ep2 are on steam first, though.
Mikey
I had HL2 for my PC, and completed it twice. Eventually gave my steam account away because my PC ran it so badly. Apparently, they're updating the 360 games with the new technology.
Gizmo
I have HL2 on PC, but I only bought it for CS:S. I didn't really like single player shooters until recently, but since I got my 360 I've developed a taste for them. Might try playing through it again on PC, or might just wait for this. Nice find. Ashley
Will I be able to play this one I wonder. The PC version gave me motion sickness And after waiting for the game for so long too.
Mikey
Think you'll be OK as long as you sit a little away from the TV?
Ashley
When I last checked into it (like...when it was released) it was to do with field of vision. Humans have 180, most games have 90 but HL2 has 45 and it makes the signals my eyes send to my brain all blurgh.
Mikey
Should be able to change the FOV in the PC version. I used to change it in Quake 3, and I'd be very surprised if you couldn't do it in a newer game. Email Valve, and ask them, mate. http://www.techspot.com/vb/all/windows/t-17052-HalfLife-2-makes-you-sick.html sv_cheats 1, and then, fov
