I managed to thrash Chavski 3-1 in the Community Shield even though Kompany got sent off thanks to a brace by Cavenaghi and a penalty by Lauren. Bring on November... And in my mind, they've got the player stats completely off in a lot of cases. I know that's just opinion, but back in the day I always agreed with SI's ratings of players. You have to know the right things to say in the right situations. For example I dominated the first half against Bolton, but it was 0-0 at half time. I encouraged the team and they literally fell apart and I ended up losing 1-0. In another game which was 0-0 at half time, I told the team that they can win this and theyu did, 3-0 The team talks are a good addition, if you can use them to your advantage.
