How do you stop other people using certain programs?

As the title, Im Admin and have XP. I need to

 

A) piss my sister off

 

B) stop her trashing the computer

Windows SteadyState might be good for you (used to be called Shared Computer Toolkit). It allows the administrator to greatly restrict what other users can do, everything from running certain programs and preventing new installations, to disabling right click in the start menu or locking the desktop theme in place - that kind of thing. Mostly for use in schools etc..

EDIT the computer is a total mess, im going to get it wiped and use the stuff on this program to stop it happening again. It needs a good clean component wise and all the shite my sister has on. Dust everywhere i presume
