Pancake
What kind of program lets you cut up music tracks so you can isolate certain parts of the song or have it start at a certain part of the song? And let's you save your cut as a separate file. ? Thanks in advance.

Shorty
I use Goldwave, but its quite complicated. What??? How is Goldwave complicated? It's the simplest audio editing program I've ever used. I used it to make a ringtone from an mp3 the other day. After never actually editing music with goldwave before, only re-encoding it, I still figured out how to zoom in to the right part of the track, trim it down, fade in and out at the beginning and end and increase the volume by 150% in about 2 minutes. Use goldwave. http://www.goldwave.com/ Simply highlight the section of audio like you would a section of text in word, then click Edit > Trim.
