Posted February 19, 2007 Noticed this at play.com and hadn't heard about it before, despite always wanting one as the batteries run out pretty quick in the wiimote. It's by Joytech and is priced at £17.99 http://www.play.com/Games/Wii/GENBRW/3-/3320243/Wii_Power_Station/Product.html Anyone know anything about it... or if there'll be better ones coming up later on? Still dont see the problem with normal rechargeables. these just seem prettier. does it feed of the mains or the wii usb? thats an important question. Posted February 19, 2007 Rechargeable batteries. Cheaper, more effective, more useful, can simply be replaced when they run out, with another pair of rechargeables. Posted April 12, 2007 Got mine the other day. Pretty useful, charges from flat in no time, no idea of the max you'll get from one charge because as soon as I finish it goes back in and charges again. Posted April 12, 2007 Just so you know, the Joytech docking station doesn't connect via usb, it actually has a pass through power cable that connects to the Wii's powers supply cable. So you plug the Wii power lead into the Docking station pass through cable and the pass through cable into the back of the Wii. It's a really elegant solution and works a treat.
