The series is like an abusive lover, and every time you think of closing the door in its face you start to remember the good old days, a time of blue skies, green grass and cheek-to-cheek smiles. Despite all the times it's hurt you, you can't help but think that maybe this time — if you just give it one more chance — maybe things will be different. But they never are.
